Stuck

I've lost 35 pounds since having Hannah-Banana, but I've been stuck here for several weeks. I need some ideas to help jump-start my weight loss again. I am going to try and be more consistent about my walking, and need to be careful with when/what I eat. I find it challenging to eat at regular intervals like I know I should with a new baby. I know it will help keep my blood sugars level which will help me with my weight loss. It just feels like I'm constantly running and busy, so I grab easy, not so nutritious stuff when I have a free two minutes. I can really tell a difference in my energy because of that though.

I do have to say that losing the weight I have has made a difference. I feel better, I'm wearing clothes I haven't worn in 3-4 years, and I can tell that my depression is getting better. I have a goal to lose ten more pounds by Sept. 1. When I do that, I will only be about 20-25 pounds above my goal weight! :)

I am counting calories and I have started to go down now...also adding a little exercise to that!
