Holy Guacamole!
Those of you who know Steve, know that he likes to experiment with cooking and different foods. He has been making a pretty good homemade salsa for a few years now and recently has started working on perfecting his guacamole. Well, last night he did it. Made the PERFECT guacamole! It was seriously the best I have ever eaten. We had a family get together out in Milwaukie and I seriously considered cancelling so I didn't have to leave the bowl of guac at home. :) It was so good, I even dreamed about buying avocados for him, lol!

haha...I want some!! He does make a lot of great things, I am actually surprized to hear some of the ingrediants, but it always tastes fab.
